- 30 grams Pancetta
- 8 American cherries (cut in half with the seeds removed)
- 150 ml Red wine
- 1 Onion
- 1 clove Garlic
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 1/2 cubes Consommé bouillon cubes
- 2 tbsp Grated cheese
- 1 Salt and pepper
- 1 if you have it Parsley

- Add the olive oil and finely minced garlic to a frying pan. When the garlic starts to brown, add half the pancetta (finely chopped).
