Instructions to make to make Steak Frittata

  1. Gather all your ingredients, prep to cook
  2. Heat 12" skillet on medium high heat. Add butter, onions and jalapeños. Season salt & pepper.
  3. After veggies are soft, add in leftover mushrooms. Stir to combine, add salt & pepper. Heat through.
  4. Now add diced steak.
  5. Cover everything with the scrambled eggs.
  6. Drizzle your hot sauce over the eggs. Salt & pepper.
  7. Last, sprinkle the grated cheese over the eggs.
  8. Turn heat down to medium low, cover and let cook to set for about 10-15 minutes.
  9. Once cooked, top with sliced avocados and diced tomatoes. Adjust salt & pepper to taste. Sprinkle dried oregano. Enjoy.
